305 people visit our website each day - that's unique visitors. The number of visitors a day including returning visitors coming back to see more is 540 a day.
You probably knew that 70% of our sales are exports? That is exports outside Europe. Around another 10% are to European destinations other than the UK. Leaving 20% UK sales - and half of those customers can't find our products in the shops and therefore buy direct. But looking at our web-stats the majority of our visitors are in the UK. In fact 7,000 plus visits per month are from within the UK, which is 44% of our total monthly visits - so you'd expect 44% of our sales to be from the UK? Obviously not - how could that be? Sadly it's down to dealers. Don't get me wrong I'm not slamming dealers - we think dealers are great - that's when 'our dealers' decide to sell what we make. There are 2 out of the 30 who are doing really well: Audio-Affair and Analogue Seduction (well done guys!). Neither discount or gain unfair advantage over the others. There are a couple more who are shop only dealers and they do their best (well done again). If you're a dealer reading this these are the stats you need to take notice of: out of those 7000 visits 3000 are new each month and the bounce rate is 33%. That leaves 2000 interested new customers a month in the UK! So for the 25 dealers not doing all that well, if that were split amongst you your sales would be 80 of our products per month each...
