You might find a new LP flattener made in the US to be helpful. It's called "VinylFlat", and it's on sale this month for $80. For info, here's the link to their website: www.vinylflat.com

Welcome to the forum Scott.
Looks like a good solution, I wonder if it's available in the UK?

Just listen, if it sounds good to you, enjoy it.

Welcome from me too, Scott.

Who doesn't want a Soft Groovy Ring? And it gives a whole new meaning to the term "bake off" too. Wink

However the VinylFlat does look like a good product . . .

Thanks for that Scott and welcome.I am aware of the Vinyl Flat but importing it is a no no cost wise.By the time you have paid greedy Customs and Excise import duty and the worse robbers Parcelforce collection fee it would probably be as cheap to fly to the States and bring it back hand luggage.
I have found a local record shop with the correct machine who will do it for £10.00 a time and when I get time I will get them to do it and report back.

Thanks for joining us Scott and for that equipment tip. Phil, that would be very helpful if you are happy with the service.
