I can't vote either, but my vote would be in favour of tone controls, providing they can bypassed or set truly flat. A little correction to some sources would be a desirable thing and as Miguel notes some correction for room acoustics may also be beneficial.

Bl**dy technology! You can have my vote. What do you want me to answer? Yes or No?

Graham
Thanks Graham.  My vote is "no".  I've had them before on other amps and have never used them.

I just used my vote for your no.

I can indeed, except I won't since you have already voted for me Graham; or would you like me to cast a vote for you?

I voted yes.
I don't think it's a crucial addition but it is nice to be able to "correct" a dull or shrill mixing or pressing, at least until you can find a better copy.

I voted 'yes' because treble cut or bass boost is sometimes needed.  As I recall in your design of tone controls, a 'defeat' switch is not needed as the controls themselves are nullified at zero or center postion (12 o'clock).Wink
