I am looking to purchase some new headphones and I would like to know if the above amp would be suitable to power a set of Beyerdynamic DT880 600 Ohm cans? I believe they are rated at more like 660 Ohm in reality. I enjoy listening to my music at reasonably high volumes so would these be a wise choice with this amp?

Hi Rob,
The Solo's headphone impedance range is stated as 16 to 600 Ohms preferred; 8 to 2,000 Ohms acceptable, so should suit yours. Perhaps you could try one on the loan scheme. |
