I shake my head at these people every day :)

I bike everywhere, Copenhagen is perfect for that. I never listen to music when I bike contrary to 70%, it´s insane! People even text and listen to music when biking here. I also wear an enormously silly looking helmet, but that´s because I have worked with (neurorehabilitation) people suffering traumatic brain injuries from say bike, MC or car accidents.

It´s strictly for use in public transportation. Where the ability to cancel out other people talking loudly and privately, is crucial for me. Cell phone jammers are illegal here, sigh.

I've been using HD25 1-II with iPod classic and iphone a line-out dock with an amp. iPod's internal amp is rather hopeless when driving HD25 1-II; there'll be sound, and that's about it

I found the CX300 and more recently Klipsch Image 10's were fine with the iPod's built-in amp. Good sound isolation which meant lower volume/output needed from the iPod amps. Good quality mobile sound. At home the sound was less acceptable with Grado 80i and more recently the LCD-2's, which are less sensitive. The benefits of a decent headphone amp connected via the dock socket are clear to hear in my opinion.
