Hi, I have a question on the use of rechargeable 8.4 V batteries. I'm a heavy user and always on the go so batteries don't last long for me. Can i use 8.4 V batteries or would this comprise sound quality ? Thanks.

about time we had a stock order from Singapore...LOL

Hi Graham

Thanks for the info above.  I called both of the shops above; the first one does not carry the Voyager, and the second shop told me they have stopped carrying Graham Slee products.

I tried to order via Graham Slee online shop, but unfortunately Singapore credit cards are not accepted by your online shop, although I have no problem purchasing other products from UK and US with my Visa card.

Any suggestion of other reliable online retailer that carries this product?

Thanks.

Regards

Hi Kachui,

It seems that they're not interested in the good stuff anymore? Perhaps they have become of the persuasion where looks dictate the quality of audio? Or its monetary value?

We will advertise for a new distributor, and remove the dealer from our list.

Most banks will let you make a wire payment, and although it's a bit more trouble than using a credit card online, will be successful. I can send you an invoice for this purpose - please let me know.

It's not our shop that refuses Singapore credit cards, but it is the European Union rules that prevent PayPal who handle our shopping cart taking your transaction.

Hi Graham

Thanks for the advice.  Found another site selling the Voyager -  www.stoneaudio.co.uk , wonder if it is a reliable online retailer.

For a new distributor in Singapore, especially for portable amps like the Voyager, you may want to contact Wilson at www.jaben.net  This is the most well known shop for headphones and headphone amps in Singapore; it is also a meeting place for Headphone aficionados.  Uncle Wilson, as we like to call him, is our guru of headphones.

By the way, found out that there is a slight change to the address for Soundscape Hifi and Music :
 #02-44 The Adelphi,

    1 Coleman Street

   Singapore 179803

Hi Kachui,

Stone Audio is one of our official retailers. As you use British power sockets and voltage they will be supplying the right product.

Thanks for the recommendation, but we also need outlets that are also into vinyl.
