Is there a Canadian loaner program in place? I am interested in the Solo Ultra-Linear headphone amplifier.

Do you want to manage a Canadian loaner program?

Do you want to manage a Canadian loaner program?

Possibly. What does this entail?

You are promoted to moderator status which carries additional responsibilities on this forum, which basically means being more active than a regular member and responding to requests made in the forums and by personal messaging. You'd have access to certain control features which you may require to edit posts on the Canadian loaner program sub-forum - this would require some sensible judgment.

You receive the same range of products as the other moderators taking part (see their sub-forums for the list). You are not responsible for losses as we bear full responsibility for that but we will be grateful for their safe keeping within reason. From time to time you would receive any updated products. We don't want the old products back - instead we'd like to see them sold to the benefit of some sensible charitable work, and some evidence of such disposal unless it's done through here.

You would have to consider that the keeping of the equipment doesn't cause domestic conflicts. We wouldn't want you to feel you'd taken on a load of trouble.

You'd have to post things out suitably packed (reuse of old cardboard boxes is OK as we don't expect it to cost you). You'd need to ensure the borrower pays you your out of pocket costs in sending things out. We don't contribute to postage - we just send equipment to you, period.

It could be a good idea to PM the other moderators involved.

What you get out of it? Playing about with all the equipment not out on loan to your heart's content.

Hi Graham,

This is very much a possibility. I would like to think about it for a day or two and discuss it with the significant other first, but I will be in touch.
