Welcome.

I am also a former Mani owner. The one I had was very noisy despite what the factory specs said and I could never get rid of the noise entirely. After one move it started to pick up a lot of RFI since I live near a number of radio and TV stations. I grew to hate the thing and tried a couple of other brands/models before moving over to GS. The GS has stayed in my system longer than any other phono stage and I have no plans to change it anytime soon.

Best of luck rebuilding your collection. That's not easy, but will be worth the reward.
