Hey all, recently I purchased the srgII amp in my country (Malaysia) and was not told there was the psu upgrade. Now I am trying to get hold of it but there are no distributors here at all. Buying online and having it shipped over will cost me too much. So am I really losing out a lot without it? Currently using HD650 and HE-400i with it. Dac would be my onboard which is an es9023p chip.

The PSU1 in the UK is £197 if shipping is factored in. To Malaysia it is £192.17, but import duty and local good tax would be added on receipt. However, import duty is 15% which is quite steep but if you could get it through Singapore it is 0% according to WTO.

"Uncle Wilson" (Jaben) and Joseph (Soundscape), both in the Adelphi I believe, are still able to sell our products, and one of them distributed to a shop in Malaysia, but seem to have lost interest?

I guess it is up to the customers to rap them over the knuckles for not providing them the service they want? Wink

We try from this end but it always falls on deaf ears (maybe that's the reason!)
