This is for Graham primarily.
I recently sold my old Era Gold V on eBay and included the "green" p.s.u. which came with my new Reflex M.
The buyer is saying this is an "aftermarket" p.s.u. because the GSP items do not have  POWER PAX UK on them.
Quote from buyers message "Original GS Green PSU has no markings on top while this one is made by POWER PAX UK an has full description on front."
I know personally this is a GSP supplied unit but will you confirm on here that it is "genuine" so I can provide a link to the buyer.
Surely it depends on who supplies them to GSP at the time because I know these are outsourced.
Thanks in advance.
Peter

PowerPax have supplied us with switched mode power supplies for around 4 years now.

The earlier "green" supply was marked with our logo but was made by ENG. A few of these made quiet ultrasonic noises of which some customers complained. This was replaced with our current offering -- a more boxy shaped switch mode power supply bearing the PowerPax logo. It is quiet in operation but dogs, dolphins or bats may still be able to hear it. Wink

Virtually all the "wall-warts" we supply are third party manufacture (we make our own dual voltage A170 which is UK plug style only and supplied on occasions when there are shortages). We are unable to manufacture such a cheap product ourselves.

For those who can afford it (and judging by the amount they'll spend with other brands, they can!) we recommend splashing out on our PSU1 which sells in the UK for a cool £169.96 including VAT (such expense eh?) and was tested by Kema Quality, a certified test body, for compliance with ISO60950 regarding safety at a cost of £10,000 to us. We invest in quality - such a pity those who demand so much spend so little!!!

Many thanks for that Graham, quick answer much appreciated. I can now refer the buyer to your reply!
He was also concerned about, quote "You see The labe on the GS Era Gold V sais 'CLASS III SELV PRODUCT'"
It took me about 30 seconds to find out what that meant.

It should say class II unless the manufacturer made an error?
