I'm going away for a fortnight so I thought I'd kick this off by loaning my beloved Bitzie and Lautus USB to a friend so he can hear what I've been going on about for the last 6 monthsTongue

Maybe it will generate a sale? Who knows. Worth a try imo.

I'll be taking my Meridian Explorer DAC with me. I've hardly touched it since I bought my Bitzie so it should be an interesting exercise. Not a truly fair comparison granted as the Lautus is a £100 cable and compliments the Bitzie brilliantly and Meridian give you a cheep stock cable.
Equipment choices:

Playstation 3 SACD, Bitzie DAC, Meridian Explorer DAC, Lautus USB cable, HD250-II, HD650
