It's hard to keep track of how many want tone controls and how many don't, when I'm digging through old discussions.

Please cast your vote with a simple yes or no, and if you feel like it, tell us why?

Although I do not use tone controls I can seen situations where a room needs some type of equalization. Not all wives allow room treatments so tone controls could be an extra cost option for the few who want them.

I voted 'yes' because unless all your recordings are perfect, or you like the minimalist hair-shirt approach, a bit of treble cut or bass boost (or whatever) can make some recordings sound 'better'. The tone controls don't need massive ranges, and maybe a 'defeat' switch would be a useful addition?

I would like to vote, but apparently I'm not allowed to: "You can not vote in this poll".

Have not had any tonecontrols on my Cyrus and LFD for the last 10 years, never missed these Smile

The same feelings for balance and remote control of the volume.
Haven't had those for the last 2 years on my LFD!

Bl**dy technology! You can have my vote. What do you want me to answer? Yes or No?

Thanks Graham.  My vote is "no".  I've had them before on other amps and have never used them.
