Guys and girls (?),
just wanted to say that I tried my part run-in (~100 hours) Senn IE8s this morning... Sennheiser IE8 Technical Specification After previous disappointment with UE Triple fi (balanced armature as opposed to dynamic driver), I was very pleasantly surprised. I had expected these 16ohm, highly sensitive ears to be a bit overpowered by the Solo, but not at all... just more of all the good stuff.. soundstage width, placement, separation & impact. A very nice Sunday morning surprise... is there nothing even this older version cannot do? (well, maybe K701/RS-1) James |
