Hi all,

I'm sure I found this link here but for the life of me can't remember where... https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1wi8M-HSeK0JF33P-5ypydQjQ4OshRQhvWM0IX2h0NQ8/mobilepresent?pli=1&slide=id.p

In short, it is a test of the actual frequency response of different models, rather than the perceived output heard by human ears.

What is the general concensus? Is this trustworthy or not?

Don't trust anything except your own ears.

And if your ears are inexperienced, only trust the ears of a reputable audio engineer.

I agree hence I'm travelling so far for my demos today. I wouldn't say I'm particularly experienced but I am very picky with getting what I perceive to be the correct sound.

I was wondering as I don't remember a similar test which seemed as critical of so many which, in my eyes, is a good thing.

Tim,
I wonder if this review of 50 'high end' headphones was what you were referring to?

Thanks Marsh. I've seen that one previously but I was talking about the link I posted. Not a review, a test of whether they meet up to what they should be by analysing the graphs. After my demo yesterday, I agree with the two winners.
