With the enthusiastic help of moderators of this owners club, we are to shortly start our international loaner program.

These enthusiasts and long time members here, have agreed (so far and in principle) to send out (provided members reimburse them postage costs) our products for an evaluation period - more on this to follow.

We have coverage in the USA, UK and Australia.

As yet, we have not been able to attract sufficient help for the European continent...

We are looking for European members who are regular contributors here (or may have contributed many posts but have not quite hit the "regular" threshold) who have the enthusiasm, honesty, proactivity and capability to engage with those wanting to loan our products, and to send them out on approval.

We understand that, by doing this for the love of it, that you will not be held under any responsibility for losses. At the same time, we hope there will be no losses, but if that were to occur, we bear the loss.

We are looking for 2 to 3 people to share the task. There is already one European member willing to join in at some later date.

At present, we have two shipping cartons containing a selection of current products, waiting to be shipped to Europe.

There will be a point in time where interest in a product will be exhausted, and at that time it would be my wish that the item in question be auctioned somehow, and the proceeds given to a humanitarian charity (Oxfam, Red Cross/Crescent, Unicef, Amnesty, Save the Children... that sort of thing) and a receipt be obtained and displayed on here to demonstrate honesty.

Please PM or email me if you would like to co-ordinate this for further details.

Hi Graham

Did this idea ever get off the ground? If not I'm up for helping out, but as a new member, don't know from your intro whether I'd be deemed trustworthy enough yet?

I've put it to the other moderators involved worldwide and we'll have a discussion about it. Thanks for the offer. Smile

Let me know if you ever need another coordinator in France?
I have space to store demo products.

From running the UK loan programme for 3 years now I would encourage people to think about helping with the euro-loans. It is satisfying to help fellow members and share ideas with them. There is a little work involved but to be fair you will get to try almost all the GSP gear in your home, although it may inspire you to buy your own units like I did!

I think about getting a loaner programme contact in Germany but it still needs some more time to get more experience with more GSP products. Next time I will get a Reflex M and some Lautus cables to wider my horizon.

And an intensive dialogue with my wife before Wink

So, I will come back later with my offer for volunteering in the loaner programme.

Hello Volker

I don't think Graham is actually looking for anyone else to run the European Loaner scheme. I live in France but send his products to the whole of Europe as well as to the Scandinavian countries.
