Hi everyone,
I am looking at buying a 2004 Solo with PSU. I would simply like to know if the sound of the older model differs greatly from the newer ones? I need to know how much I should pay for the older model i've seen or whether it would be worth saving for a bit longer to get a newer model? Thanks for any help you can give me! Best regards, Leon |

Hi Leon,
We're making progress all the time. The differences may not be easily heard between the 2004 and the latest offerings, but there are one or two we thought worthwhile. I don't want to sway you one way or another, so perhaps it's worth waiting to see if anybody else here has an opinion? |

That none should be able to park up and enjoy the view without a smartphone and the knowledge in how to use apps

Hi Leon, I cannot answer your comparison question, but I also do use a Solo2004/PSU1.
Bought new last year for 500 Euro. I must admit I don't listen very often with my HD600.
But I read in one of the Solo threads at RockGrotto, that Graham did use the 2004 model to listen to the Reflex phonoamp, during it's designphase. That should count for something!
Good luck with your choice. Han
