Hi Suggs,a very good point about the loan scheme,in the past ive lugged the KEFs round London and still not bought an amp because of the fear that when i get the amp home it will worse than in the dem room.
Our house is in the mountains and about 6hours from any hi fi shop so the loan scheme suits me down to the ground.
FMG,is Alan Fearnley still selling records?a lot of my records came from him,played Gong,Shamal last night,the whole sound is brillant and the"cusat"brings the percussion out very clearly.

Hi Dave, it is still Fearnley's but now a clothes store run by his daughter. We've got a decent independent record store nearby Sound It Out in Stockton.
