Mismatch somewhere Dave. No additives in the Cusat50 to cause brightness.
That none should be able to park up and enjoy the view without a smartphone and the knowledge in how to use apps

Thanks Graham,I kind of asumed that the cheap cable had a higher capasitance and was rolling the treble off more than the"Cusat".

Hi Dave, for a moment I thought you'd ended up with an Agsat90 by mistake...

I don't for one moment believe you're an idiot, and it's situations like this others sometimes need to read, so if it's OK with you let's leave it in.

And do please report your further findings.

Graham

Yes fine with me,it was only when looked at the fault/problem as a audio service engineer that i realised what a mess the wireing was in!.
The other thing is how different the sound is in "the music room" [much harder] compared to the house in London.
Just off to listen to your cable.

Hi Dave

Your story in the previous postings highlights the benefits of the loan scheme...if you had just briefly heard the cable in a demo or somewhere else, you would have instantly formed the wrong opinion.

At home you have enough time to explore all the possibilities over the two week period and really get to know the product.

Happy listening
Derek
