My personal opinion matches Phil's - 0.6m Cusat50 edges the 1.5m Lautus. Both great and I think the Lautus 3m from my SBT to Majestic is way better than any other 3m coax I have tried.

There is quite a bit written about problems with short digital cables - I cant remember where or who but the synopsis was that too short spdif cable can be negative for a technical reason.
Quick google search and you will find it I am sure

For me the Lautus had better bass - much tighter and more punchy / full bass over the Cusat
That was the sealer for me, but I also think for analogue it had a more immediate and solid presentation over the cusat - softer and less focused.

Please dont just take my word for it - but that is what I found when I had both

Well were to start, after asking some questions on the forum, i rang and spoke to graham regarding my digital link, after a long talk on the phone i ordered a lautus 1.5 digital i/c. Due to some stupidity on my part with order form i rang again, this time spoke to john, anyway thanks to both of the guys again for their patiance and time. So the lautus arrived , just like to say it is staying plugged in. What a suprise, so there is no difference between digital cable so ive read, Bollocks. Again blown away. Thanks to graham and john.

I have hopefully improved the Lotus performance even more, hopefully get a chance to test soon (renovating listening room atm) and will report back :)
