I'd like to replace my interconnects with either CuSat50 or Lautus. However I only need the cables to be 0.6m long. Would there be any benefit from the Lautus at 1.5m long (the extra length would have to be coiled up at the back of the hi-fi unit), I always thought the shorter the interconnect the better. I'd need two sets of interconnects DAC to amp. and amp. to Solo.

Shorter is better and I think 0.6m is unlikely to be affected by the FM and DAB frequencies. Would you like to borrow a pair of Cusat50's to try Gary? Please pm me if you would.

There may be more than one set of cables.
I got them yesterday. I've had a quick listen and I agree they are good. I plan to have a longer listen this weekend.

Gary is right and both pairs are out on loan at the moment.

Just seen the dates at the start of the thread, it doesn't seem that long since I bought my Solo ULDE and CuSat50 cables.

I didn't listen to the Lautus cables, I tried the 0.6m CuSat50 and ordered 2 pairs. A while ago I also bought a 1m pair of CuSat50 to connect power amps to a pre. I tried the 1m pair with my Solo after they had been in use for a while and didn't notice any difference in sound between the 1m and 0.6m CuSat50.
