my wish for 2024 is the 70'S Amp is offered in a semi or near completed DAK product to propagate better appreciation of music in it's acoustic structure and format AND that it's dedicated complement Pre Amp is ready offered  in less cumbersome construction or (near fully built )to enthusiast bespoke enclosure/case.

I've switched back to my Proprius amps but intend to go back to the 7eventy amp this week. I think it has an engaging dare I say musical sound and I'd probably enjoy building one at some point.

It may be a case of " horses for courses" but much of late 1960's and 70's music is being re-produced with upgraded 20th century equipment and released as 180gm Vinyl or 24Bit audio ....those were the days when music was produced with acoustic musical equipment and vocals were from human souls to create a deep satisfying human emotional experience. Recent reports sees a resurgence of Vinyl format to outsell CD's ....perhaps the warmer more musical  "sounds  " is more satisfying....and played through updated 70's transistor amplifier provides the"Nirvana" ......hope to read of the Pre-Amp design availability in any DAK  shape or form ...for the glory of music and honouring a kind Designer

The 7eventy Prototype has been in my listening room for a month now. I have enjoyed hearing it but I think it is time to let someone else try it out. Please get in touch if you would like to try the 7eventy amp.
