I have borrowed a CD - 'Ray Davies - See My Friends' It is not going back!
I can't stop playing it which is very unusual for me.
It has Bruce Springsteen, Mettallica, Bon Jovi, Mumford and Sons etc and it's brilliant!
Adrian.

Bitches Brew Live today, and some Alan Parsons Project albums of late. I especially like the second side of Turn of a friendly card

BTW Are you a big Kinks fan otherwise? I am myself and found the See my friends album kinda lacking compared to the stellar albums of the latter 60's (from which most songs appearing were taken). But taste of course differ by definition

Dire Straits (Making Movies, Love Over Gold), Moody Blues (Long Distance Voyager) and Blue Rodeo(Diamond Mine), vinyl naturally!
I've actually got Adele's 21, vinyl, on the way from Amazon U.K., hopefully delivery early next week. I have it as a MP3 download but that will, I'm sure, be eclipsed by the vinyl version. ![]() |

Hi Suede, yes I am a big Kinks fan, but I have really enjoyed these versions too.
The Kinks Pye album collection - 10 CDs ( sadly ) is really excellent value for money.
Adrian.

I'm currently listening to Live at Leeds, lossless. My favourite live rock album.
