After being impressed with the Usher speakers in the HiAudio room at the Bristol show I decided to try out a pair of the BE-718 Tiny dancers.
Currently giving them a good run in but impressions already are very good, I have them 60cm from the back wall when listening

One snag I have is that the top seat of my current Partington A1 stands are little too small so I'll need to get some more suitable stands later,  maybe something like the Partington Broadsides

HI Leo, Nice pics.  Can't believe you didn't get the white ones!

We love the Tiny Dancers (as Ian has probably told you).  Get him to lend you the Partingtons next time he's down.  They're with a customer at the moment to decide between them and the Targets for his own Tiny Dancers.  I've had Targets for years underneath my Proac Response 1SCs and can't fault them so you can try them too if you like.

Enjoy the late night listening that these speakers compel you to endure...hard life eh.

Leo,
i'd be happy to let you borrow a pair of broadsides - so far i've compared Target, Anvil and the Broadsides and for me the Broadsides bring the best out of the Usher BE-718 so just let me know if you want me to drop them in.

cheers
ian

Thanks guys, that would be great stuff!  at the moment I keep removing off the A1's before going out or going to bed just incaseLOL

I actually would have liked the white BE-718's but it seems these are on back order, rather than wait I went for the piano blacks,  mind you as you'll know the pics really don't do justice to these speakers,  the finish is top notch!

The sound has already opened right up, they only have a few hours on them too!  the bass is bloody impressive for a speaker this size

Leo

When you've done the running in, could you do us a quick review of the Tiny Dancers at

What you've said so far is what we have thought but if it comes from the customer, it's better than if we say it (whilst we don't intend to be biased, it could be viewed that way).  I'll get the Partingtons on there so you can do it for them tooLOL

If any of our community friends would wish to oblige and add a few words on the GSP range (it seems you enjoy it!), they could accidentally stumble across the same link and fish around a bit to find the GSP products listed!  People do buy on the strength of customer reviews so, if we get a few good ones, we'll sell more and Graham will be able to afford to buy that spare Ferrari off Russ Andrews...
