Please accept my apology. I am unable to set up a commercially run loaner program and that's because the vast majority of customers still don't believe the reviews of our products, or our track record (after 20 years), choosing to buy newbie bling and promises instead, so we never have the money to be able to set one up!
Therefore I have to rely on the kindness of volunteers who help us, because having lived with our products they know they're more than worth it. They also personally know my financial circumstances, not being rich like the other manufacturers are. But right now, and for quite a few weeks, Jon is very unwell.

Not a happy time for any of the parties concerned here. Wishing Jon a speedy recovery.

Sadly Graham is correct and I am having to cut back the
voluntary work I do and this loan scheme in order to
concentrate on my day job and my health, both of which I need. It has been a
pleasure to help the company and the forum members. Thank you for the messages of
support, I will carry on being a member, sharing tips and writing the occasional blog
but not loaning the club kit.
The loan scheme is special but relatively straight forward. I
believe in Graham’s business values, love its products, and like the people
involved so I was glad to run the UK loan scheme for over five years. I have
enjoyed most of the 500+ GSP/HFC loans I made and the 1 in 10 people who were
remarkably rude, selfish, or had to be chased to return kit contrast with the
vast majority who were a pleasure to help. That said running the loan scheme is
a commitment which takes time for the correspondence, post and packing, which I
have found hard to meet when unwell.
I am reluctant to stop running the UK loan scheme or I would
have done so some time ago, now I really must. I hope that someone else will
take over – please contact Graham if you are interested.

Nobody should have to put up with even one of that type. Such types should unsubscribe from this place. In fact, I'd like the info Jon, so I can delete their memberships.
I am very sorry you have had to put up with such extremes.
