I have Glen Gould's 1981 Goldberg recording (on piano) and Trevor Pinnock's 1980 harpsichord version. I'm evenly split between the two, but have no inclination to try out Lang Lang's version. I've never come across Beatrice Rama before . . .

I did once favour the Gould interpretations, but since discovering it my pick for the Goldbergs is Perahia. 

Also worth trying, for Goldberg fans, is The Art of Fugue. I very much like the Stephanie and Saar piano duo recording. Quite approachable initially, with unique rewards once the magic sinks in.

I must admit that I struggle with Art of Fugue. I also have that duo recording as well as one by Angela Hewitt.

This one is worth a listen:

Some think that Diana Boyle's Bach interpretation is a bit too romantic but I really enjoy it.

I've three recordings of the Art of Fugue - Hans Fagius (BIS) on organ, Canadian Brass (CBS), and possibly my favourite, The Berlin Saxophone Quartet (CPO) who sound organ-like but with a bit more tonal variation.
