Thanks for all of the feedback and information from everyone in this forum.

As a result of this, and auditioning a Era Gold V, I decided to go full-throttle and get an Accession MM.

Really excited, and hope to have many years of listening enjoyment.

Cheers!Beer

So it's been a few months. How is everything working out with the Accession? I haven't heard the Era Gold, but I imagine it's quite a jump.

I received my Accession MM black today after a week of waiting. It replaced a 15 year old Clearaudio Basic mm/mc stage. What a Great sound already. The instruments sound really live and ‘there in the room’, and several times I looked up when reading, because hearing such ‘live’ sounds. The mono switch is also very useful for me, as I have quite some older mono records. The records sound as though remastered, really. Worth every cent. And it has not even burned in yet...
Greetings, Max, Holland

Thanks Max, I think you've described it very well. What I heard on my Accession MM and just now on the new MC is just "the instruments sound really live and ‘there in the room.'’'

Welcome to the forum Max! It's great you're enjoying your Accession and as you indicate there's still more to come as it settles in.
