It's not what you know or do, or how well you behave - it's who you are!

We, like many other hard working electronics engineers would be hung upside down from a tree for not complying with this guy's laws, but, dangerous driving is only a £30 fine - and that's on your second offence! And if you're Governator's wife, all you do is give an old mobile to a charity shop...
