Hello, I wanted to upgrade my turntable, I currently have a P******t 2Xperience SB and I wanted to upgrade to something more particular in order to make the most of my Ortofon Cadenza Bronze. I was thinking of two solutions: 1- Modify the P******t by replacing the arm with an Audiomods Series Six. 2- By purchasing a Clearaudio Performance SE. I would like to know what you think. Thank you.

Right now I have a Rega Planar 8 in view. I would put my Ortofon Cadenza Bronze. What do you think?

Although I admire the 8 and 10, I stopped at the Rega P3-24 which I still have. It depends on your preferences, particularly the ideal sound you are after from records.

Hi! I've been using a Clearaudio Performance DC with the clarify tonearm for 5 years now. I really love the Clearaudio turntable; solid engineering, manufacturing and performance. Too bad the price keep going up!! My turntable is dead silent, the wow and flutter are really low. I would summarize the sound signature in two words : neutral and detailed. I don't know about the performance se, but I think it is the predecessor to the current Performance DC.
