Hello,
is there any experience with the Shelter 201 Cartridge and the fantastic Graham Slee Reflex M?

That cart is just another variant of the old Excel ES-70 that's been around for decades now. It'll work fine with a Reflex M if that's what you want to know.

I think it's called added value marketing. Rebadging can command a higher price.

Indeed that's what it is. There are several variants of the basic design. The basic model has around ~500mH (maybe a little less) and uses a basic aluminum cantilever and a bonded elliptical stylus. That's what the Shelter is, IIRC. If you think their pricing is bad a company has taken the generator and basic stylus and put it in a metal outer shell and now charges over $1K for their version.

To be blunt the basic model is not worth more than $100 or so no matter what kind of marketing or outer shell comes with it. If I'm being honest I would rather have an AT95 or AT VM95 if we are talking similar cartridges.

The more advanced versions of the ES-70 came with a lower inductance body and a more advanced (e.g. line contact or Shibata) nude stylus. Some variations had gemstone cantilevers and lighter magnets at the end of the stylus assembly. Brand name could be anything.
