Hi,

Does anyone have any experience of North West Analogue's cartridge re-tipping and refurb service?
My Cadenza has been with them for over 3 months for an inspection.

No personal experience, but I have seen positive feedback on other forums. Have you been in touch with them recently?

That is disappointing.

Holistic Audio have been getting good reviews on a couple of forums. The guy is an Ortofon specialist apparently.
