Hello, I'm new here, 2 weeks in with a pair of proprii, which sound pretty remarkable I must say but my question today is about cables.

I have 2 cusat 50's going from the record player to a Reflex M and the cables going from that to the proprii are good quality 'recording/instrument' cables (sommer) with neutrik XLR and gold plated RCAs.

Anyone ever been able to compare a cable like this with the high end ones Graham sells. I have nothing to compare these to apart from cheapies which isn't very helpful. The difference is huge but how much further do the high end cables take it?

Want to know whether it would be worth considering an upgrade . And if there was one, what would it be like?

Thoughts appreciated if there are any.

firstly a belated welcome to the forum.
The best answer to your question is to contact Jon (Fatmangolf) by PM and enquire about a loan of a pair of cables to test in your system and hear for yourself if they make the difference you might hope.
