I recently had an awesome experience with John & Graham concerning the repair of my Jazz Club. I had an accident and a toggle broke on the JC. I'm in the US and I returned the JC to the UK for repair. It was ultra fast and the communication was outstanding. Now I'm awaiting delivery of an Elevator to use with my Hana SL MC cartridge and Icon Audio PSII MM Phono Pre Amp. Its my first foray into MC and I'm looking forward to it. The Hana's suggested load is 400 ohms and John is customizing the Elevator for me. Great products and nice people.
