Alexa! Please **** ***! Everybody thinking it's a miraculous robot in a speaker when the smartphone is doing all the work from an app. It's just a dumb speaker and mic in a can. ------------- That none should be able to park up and enjoy the view without a smartphone and the knowledge in how to use apps |

I guess I can't really criticize much as I have spent a lot of money on specialized speaker drivers but... This Amazon Echo product retails at £130, down from £150. Isn't that like... ridiculously expensive for what it is?? O_o Yet they've sold out. It's a generic speaker and multi-mic combo in a tin, with voice features that smartphones have anyway.
