Hi all

New to the forum and vinyl in general. Planning to get a Rega RP3 or a new Planar 3 turntable (in white). The past few weeks I have been researching the phono stages available in the market and have heard very positive feedback on the Graham Slee range. The icing on the cake is the gorgeous design as well. The turntable and phono stage will be in the living room so design is quite important for me. It is amazing what a difference a number or "X" on the fascia and even the font used make on the look of the equipment. My favourite fascia design? Era Gold VThumbs Up

Hello and welcome! If you like the design, just wait until you hear it! The Era Gold V is a classic, but head on over to www.hifisystemcomponents.com to check out the full range. I'm sure you'll love the combination of excellent engineering, top flight service, value and outstanding sound that a Slee phono stage offers.
Cheers,
Mick.

Another welcome from me . . Smile

Yes, the EGV is a sleek, discrete*, minimalist little box of tricks! But as Mick says, check out the range - and don't be put off by the blingtastic little LEDs on the others . . Wink

Arranging a home loan through this forum is undoubtedly the best way to get know the kit. Just PM Jon (aka Fatmangolf) to arrange.

Edit:* and "discreet" LOL

A warm welcome from me too. The simple but elegant design of Graham's "boxes" belies the wonderful sound they let free.
As a user of the Genera, Fanfare and Reflex M I can assure you that you won't be disappointed by any of the offerings.
As Bob says you can also avail yourself of the loan programme so you judge before you buy.
Please join in and enjoy the Forum, your thoughts on what you think of the sound quality are always appreciated.

Just listen, if it sounds good to you, enjoy it.

Another welcome Ilir.

I have used the Era Gold and Reflex M with a Rega RP6 (which is very similar to the RP3) and they both bring out the best in that table, much more so than several other similarly priced phono stages which I found rather uninvolving and much less musical.

As the other guys mention, the loan scheme will help you decide. You are welcome to visit me as I am also in Cheshire and listen to an Era Gold, Refex M and Accession back-to back if that would help.

Thanks for joining us Ilir. The sound is even better than the tasteful look of the GSP units and I'll be glad to help with a loan. Please PM me if you wish to try at home.
