The loaner program is provided by forum members:
BAK (USA); Fatmangolf (UK); Suggs (West Europe); phibes (Australia); Godra (Canada).
Take a look at the Members Services heading and you'll see the sub-forums for each of the above.
Use the Private Message service next to the Member Control Panel in the head section, to send a request to the forum member listed above for your country. Ensure you enter the username correctly.
As these people are independent from HiFi System Components Ltd, please be courteous, and allow them sufficient time to respond. They have their own day jobs and activities, and sometimes they could be on vacation.
These members are volunteer loan co-ordinators, but they still have the right to use their own discretion as to whether to proceed in loaning your request, and may ask for proof of identity.
They also have the right to ask you to cover their postage costs!
No money changes hands between you and HiFi System Components Ltd for this service. We maintain an "arms length" position where we don't wish to know any details of the loans taking place, and therefore there cannot be any sales follow-ups or pressure to buy.
We (our legal representatives) will however intervene if products are not returned to the member loaning them within a reasonable time after the loan period. Please ensure you communicate any difficulties you may have with your loan co-ordinator member.
This forum, being run at the expense of HiFi System Components Ltd, welcomes any positive feedback regarding your experience in loaning an item (or items), but this is not mandatory. Please choose a suitable forum category for writing your own review.
We request that feedback is given on a "reference basis", which means that if you have nothing good to say, you don't say it. Other people have the opportunity of trying products for themselves, making it virtually risk free for them (postage costs being the only risk). They don't need to be talked out of trying something that may well work for them, even if it didn't for you.
