SHIPPING DELAYS 2008 JULY-AUGUST ORDERS

Because of an accident involving production director John Cadman, our customers are currently experiencing delays in receiving their orders.

I appeal to all waiting customers to bear with us as orders are now being fulfilled with all urgency.

For information, John is [was hopefully, Ed] an intrepid cyclist and he unfortunately came off and hit a traffic sign at a rather high speed. His leg is now on the mend with the aid of a large titanium pin!

I hope John recuperates quickly and that he is not in pain (thankfully we have developed good pain medications). As a past cyclist I remember fast hill descents in Tennessee and North Georgia where speeds of over 60 mph were the norm.

Anyways my best wishes for an speedy recovery.

Pd: Now I am just fat and older. Ouch

@John C,

Hi, I hope your recovery is quick and you're in good enough health after that to resume cycling.
Or is the fysical problem too big for that?
That would be very pity/bad!!
W'll hear from/about you from Graham, I presume?
Anyhow get better soon, kindest regards, Han

Thanks for the good wishes guys.

I’ll be posting a bit more about the accident and some rather interesting reading regarding the operation too when I get chance.

It’s only just over three weeks since the accident and I’ve been on an exercise bike for the first time today. Felt good too. I just need to be patient and not rush things but it shouldn’t be too long before I’m back on the road bike again J

Cheers

John

John, good to see you got back on the trainer. Is it wind turbine or the nagnetic type? I could never get used to the magnetic type.

Or is it rollers? Those are tough, never tried them. Afraid of falling off.

Best of luck in your recovery.
