 The High Capacity Voyager Headphone Amplifier Battery is HERE! 13,000 hours of constant Voyager listening is now available!* This 130AH 9 volt battery can be hooked up to the Voyager's battery snaps (via an improvised lead) and should give 1.5 years constant use! Or nearly a lifetime* if switched off between listening sessions. It weighs similar to a car battery, so may not be suitable for running, jogging, commuting, walking, etc. *The above usage is an estimate only - shelf life will reduce it's useful life. Some kind of yolk might be better, enabling you to carry 2 at once. That way, much like with your rechargeable cordless drill, if one went whilst you were up a mountain, you'd simply switch over using the improvised lead for another lifetime of listening.
