Business Property with Accommodation Wanted in Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire, UK

Having outgrown our existing premises we (business and family) are looking to relocate lock stock and barrel to a location in one of the above counties.

Would find a house with garage business attached a suitable donor, or even a shop with accommodation.
