Not sure if I should ask this here, or in the ripping vinyl section.
Since I'm ripping vinyl through my computer, I've been avoiding putting in anything that could give off more sound. I haven't put any leds in, because I'm afraid that anything that lights, my sound card could pick that noise up. I'm about to buy a liquid cooler, that comes with built in leds. So do leds give off any sound? If they do, would my M-Audio - Delta 1010LT sound card even pick that up? Thanks Gary.

LEDs are often used in amplifier constant current sources and wouldn't be if they were noisy. However, circuits often use red LEDs as they are measurably quieter, and we bought some orange ones which measured lower than red. This is electrical noise (or the lack of it) and they don't make any other noise.
