Hi from Lupo

John has kindly welcomed me to the forum and so here I am with the briefest of intros: Formerly based in Derbyshire, I have lived in, a mountainous region in central Italy, the Valnerina, for the last ten years and I have a recurring passion for the small scale and the artisan. I have no knowledge of audio physics or electronics; I can tell the difference between an RCA plug and a Din ... only just though and this because I have spent some time modifying, or even moving away from, my Naim based system. I can do joinery though and I have half an idea that one day I will build a pair of speakers, but that's another story...

Good to hear about speaker builders out there and maybe people like yourself will be able to gently induce me into the digital world of DACs and streaming and all the other stuff that I need to get abreast of! Oh and then there's class A amplification - don't even know if this is an area of interest on this forum - much to explore!
