Hi,
Just joined so a quick introduction seems fitting.

Long time vinyl listener of all styles, treated myself to a Planar 6/Exact at the weekend and still running the cart in. Normally have a 2M Bronze so will compare the two soon. This at present is run through either a modded Yaqin MS-22b phono or the stage in a Rega Brio-R.  Hopefully will be trying out a Gold V or Reflex to give it all a lift.

All the best
Ian

Welcome to the Forum Ian. I think you will enjoy what you hear, I'm delighted with my Reflex M which I've had for some time now, it just makes music. I presume you're going to use the loan service to try out the ERA Gold or Reflex?

Happy Listening
Ian
Just listen, if it sounds good to you, enjoy it.

Welcome, Ian,
I'm a Reflex M user and I've moved through Rega Elys, Ortofon 2M Bronze to 2M Black with it. I've been really happy with it and it's made obvious the difference between each cart. After a goodly spell with the Black, I've decided to check out the world of MC carts, and invested in a Rega Apheta 2, along with the Elevator EXP. I pick up the cartridge tomorrow and I'm absolutely positive the Reflex/EXP combo will let the Apheta 2 give its best on my RP8.
Happy loan scheme-ing...
Mick.

Welcome to our friendly community Ian. I'll be happy to help with a loan. When you are ready please PM me.

Echoing the wise words above I think you'll be pleased whichever GSP phono preamp you choose. I've got the EXP/Accession combo and enjoy my music through it like I did the EXP/Revelation M, the latter being a Reflex M with switching for EQ used on vintage records.

Jon

Open mind and ears, whilst owning GSP Genera, Accession, Elevator EXP, Solo UL, Proprius amps, Cusat50 cables, Lautus digital cable, Spatia cables and links. and a Majestic DAC.
