We are investigating the legality of the use of my name in association with the selling of products which I am reasonably well known for...
It goes under the law of 'PASSING-OFF', and we will be contacting our solicitor's in the morning. If it looks like we can earn a substantial amount of money out of this... well, I'd be silly not to. |
