Hi, running the ortofon quintet black s into aReflex C with 100ohm load resistor is it worth changing the load to the recommended 20ohm, anybody done this, what effects if any. Thanks993Bloke

Is there anything wrong with the sound? If not, I'd probably leave it alone.
SL-1200 MK7 (modified) + Reflex M + PSU-1 used with AT150-40ML, AT VM95ML, Stanton 680mkII + Ogura, and Shure M35X cartridges.

It says the recommended load is >20 Ohms.

> means greater than.

I interpret that to mean not to use it into 20 Ohms or less, and anything more than 20 Ohms is OK.

That none should be able to buy or sell without a smartphone and the knowledge in how to use apps
