One reviewer of the black XSL found height adjustment highly critical but when set correctly
was a great cart. The Shibata XSH is highly regarded by many magazine & internet commentators. Not heard these but there is a big itch to scratch to try this range... Edited by RichW - 16 Dec 2022 at 11:14am |

Thanks Rich, really appreciate the input 😉
The XLC does appeal, happy to try and set it up properly, might ask Jeff at Audiomods the best route? Btw I always thought a Shibata was the difficult one?

I've nearly always found, whatever the stylus type, that having the arm tilted slightly down
towards the pivot seems to work best. It's always good to experiment though & the Audiomods height adjustment makes this easy. |
