You would PM the loan coordinator for your location to get started. Where exactly are you located? If you are in the UK, the details are here:
SL-1200 MK7 (modified) + Reflex M + PSU-1 used with AT150-40ML, AT VM95ML, Stanton 680mkII + Ogura, and Shure M35X cartridges.

Like David says the UK system is probably the way for you. Please contact John Cadman who runs it.
