Much as I'd like to help you with your keyboard projects, my existing design workload reaches so far into the future that I may expire before the list does.

Have you ever tried using Google image search? Just about every circuit ever dreamt up can be found through interrogating Google's search box.

There are also dedicated analogue integrated circuits that perform the functions you require, and often crop up when searching for such circuits. Their manufacturers produce PDF datasheets which often contain application circuits.
That none should be able to buy or sell without a smartphone and the knowledge in how to use apps
