So I’ve been thinking a lot about it, and I may just go ahead and order a Reflex M.  I know the loaner program might be the safer way to go, but I highly doubt I’m going to be disappointed with it.  I’ve wanted a Graham Slee phono stage for a while now, and next month I should have the funds to go ahead and order one.  I can’t wait!  I do appreciate all the suggestions that I start with a loaner, but I might be too impatient and cheap to do so, ha ha.  I’ve been shopping phono pre’s for a long time now and have never been this excited about one.  It’s meant to be.  Thanks! Smile

It's a good choice you won't regret it and you can up grade later with the PSU1 if you feel the need or have the funds.

So I went for it a bought myself a Reflex M with a PSU1.  It arrived and has been powered on for over a week now so it’s had time to burn-in some.  I absolutely love it!  Now that I have something to compare it to, I’ve learned my Yamaha AVR has a pretty decent integrated phono preamp, but this Reflex is on whole other level.  First thing I noticed was the incredible amount of detail.  I’m hearing new sounds in familiar recordings which is always a good sign.  Drums sound more pronounced and realistic.  Vocals sound great, very clear.  Soundstage has improved and seems to have grown.  Bass is tighter, treble is cleaner, everything just sounds better.  I’ve found myself sitting with my eyes closed and a smile on my face because it just sounds so good.  I couldn’t be happier.  Thank you everyone!
