owned the accession for a good six months now been playing it  through my intergrated amp / pre and has been sounding amazing, decided to take it out and drive the power amp on its own all i can say is WOW this pre amp just keeps on giving never been more happy with a phono stage than i have with this one,

Hi Paul

Having just boxed up a GS loaner Accession MM (and indeed Era Gold V - wonderful things both) for return before reading this - it hadn't occurred to me to try linking the Accession directly to a power amp rather than going through the usual integrated/pre inputs. Do you feel it makes any appreciable difference to the sound by "cutting out the middleperson"?
