Hello all!
Thanks Bruce for getting me my care package today! First my setup: VPI Prime Scout with Ortofon 2M Black. Speakers (meh) Definitive Technology BP7006 fronts. Yamaha A2080 receiver with built in phono input. I will do as instructed and give this three days to warm up; but doing a quick A to B to the built in Phono stage using Janelle Monae’s song Tightrope, I could instantly notice the extraction of the baseline and more liveliness. Can’t wait to hear more. And if the Accession will improve on this, wow.....

I waited a few days to revisit my A/B comparison of the Revel M to my built in phono stage. I have to say two things:
1)I admit to not having the best ears 2)The phono stage in my Yamaha must be better than I thought. I notice a slightly increase in Gain by using the Revelation. I also notice slightly better presentation and clarity. I can't tell you it was night and day as when I compared the Sutherland Insight to my built-in stage, but I am am seeing more subtle improvements. I will continue to test and update.
