From Buzzcocks,  the underrated Manchester punk band and fathers of Indie to his solo work such as Homosapiens.

RIP. I never knew the man but was a fan of his music. I finally got to see the Buzzcocks 3-4 years ago and I never would've expected this. I've got every Buzzcocks studio album and some of Shelley's solo work. He leaves quite a legacy behind.

Always loved Buzzcocks. Still got a ticket from ‘87 for a gig at the Hummingbird in Birmingham. A fantastic night. RIP Pete, another light has gone from the world.

Playing the Love Bites LP right now. Hard to believe Shelley's gone, along with a number of key musical icons every year it seems...

RIP and thanks for all the great songs.
